Job summary

BMW of North America is offering a Spring 2027 Intern, Sales Operations in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, from January 11, 2027 to May 14, 2027. The internship is full-time with a hybrid in-office requirement and provides medical insurance and PTO. Relocation is not offered.

Undergraduate and graduate students may qualify with pay rates listed by academic level. Selected interns will support the Sales Operations team, generate regional sales reports, manage fleet-related tasks, and assist in bespoke

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program at an accredited college or university.
• US work authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Sales Operations Team.
• Sales reporting supporting regional teams and dealerships.
• Management reporting to Head of Sales, CFO and CEO/President.
• Management of Rolls-Royce Fleet, including bookings and fleet trucking.
• Ordering and specification of fleet cars.
• Support Dealers and Sales Team with Bespoke configurations through New York Private Office.
• Candidate should be confident with excel and large data sets.
