Job summary

Cella in Malvern, PA is seeking a data analytics professional to architect automated data pipelines and powerful Tableau dashboards for marketing leadership. This 6-month contract role offers hybrid or remote options and a competitive hourly rate.

You will partner with stakeholders to align data solutions with omnichannel business goals and deploy AI-driven workflows for creative operations. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years in marketing analytics or data automation, strong Python/SQL/Tableau

Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, creative operations, or data automation environments.
Advanced technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and automated workflow integration tools.
Proven track record of transforming disparate behavioral and performance data into predictive models.

Responsibilities

Architect automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and enterprise platforms to optimize cross-functional creative operations.
Develop high-impact Tableau dashboards to translate complex performance metrics into actionable strategic insights for marketing leaders.
Partner consultatively with key stakeholders to align technical data solutions with overarching omnichannel business objectives.
Deploy emerging Agentic AI and LLM capabilities to drive continuous creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
