Job summary

Waltzing Matilda Aviation is seeking a CRJ200 Maintenance Manager to own the two-aircraft fleet at Dallas Love Field (KDAL). The role includes induction oversight in Calgary and permanent leadership of the Dallas maintenance program, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will bring substantial CRJ100/200 or CL-65 hands-on experience, an FAA A&P certificate, and the ability to lead a small team while coordinating with senior management on airworthiness and

Qualifications

• CRJ100/200 or CL-65 maintenance experience required.
• Part 121/135 CAM program experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, inspections and conformity process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee induction oversight in Calgary and coordinate with MRO.
• Lead Dallas Love Field maintenance program and station setup.
• Manage deferrals, MELs, and required inspection items.
• Administer CF34-3B1 engine program, borescope and trend monitoring.
• Recruit, train and supervise a small technician team.
