Job summary

Cakebread Cellars is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician II/III to maintain the winery’s infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. You will support the Facilities Manager, oversee small repairs, and assist with capital improvement projects at our Napa Valley winery.

Ideal candidates bring a trade background, experience with building systems, and strong communication skills. California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Trade background in carpentry, plumbing or electrical.
• Experience managing building systems (water, power, wastewater, comms).
• Experience overseeing contract resources for maintenance/repair.
• Project management skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical/electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure permits and inspections are current for equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with service providers for preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in managing capital improvement projects.
• Support Facilities Manager and oversee small repairs and maintenance tasks.
