Alpine Power Systems in the Umatilla, Oregon area is seeking a Critical Power Field Service Technician to travel to customer facilities, evaluate equipment, and provide reliable solutions in mission-critical environments. You will install, service, maintain, and repair battery and critical power systems, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document service reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds and perform physical duties.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Able to travel to customer locations and work independently.
• Experience with battery/critical power equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to evaluate equipment and identify service needs.
• Install, service, maintain, and repair battery and critical power systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on existing systems.
• Troubleshoot battery systems, UPS, chargers, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical docs.
• Complete service reports and follow safety policies.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused approach at sites.
