Job summary

Hanley Energy, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair and rapid restoration of Critical Power Systems at customer sites, and provide emergency support during call outs and late shifts.

The role requires familiarity with power electronics, electrical equipment maintenance, ability to read schematics, and strong communication with site teams. Travel across the IAD area is expected.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with power systems required.
• Experience in industrial or switchgear manufacturing expected.
• Experience with electrical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience/understanding of DC systems.
• Full clean driving license required.
• Flexible and highly mobile with strong teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of existing and newly installed Critical Power Systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate and communicate with site teams to complete tasks.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and perform maintenance.
• Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
