Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid HCBS and long-term services and supports.
• Familiarity with CMS Access Rule and related HCBS requirements.
• Experience with incident management, grievance, and continuous quality improvement systems.
• Understanding of data governance, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage complex projects and risks.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and administer the HCS Incident Reporting and Management System.
• Develop the HCS incident reporting framework, triage, escalation, and quality monitoring.
• Maintain timelines, logs, and risk registers and align deliverables.
• Escalate matters involving imminent client safety, legal exposure, or media interest.
• Coordinate with tribal nations and partner agencies; engage stakeholders for CMS compliance.
