Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Critical Facilities HVAC Technician in Whitney, TX to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems that support data center operations.

The role requires after-hours coverage to ensure system reliability and rapid response to alarms, with coordination across site operations, Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and on-call teams. A strong candidate will have hands-on experience and a willingness to work a rotating shift.

This role provides after-hours technical coverage to ensure system reliability, rapid response to alarms, and seamless handoff between shifts.
The technician works independently while coordinating closely with site operations, Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and on-call support teams.
