Job summary

ABM is seeking a Critical Facilities HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and mechanical systems that support mission-critical data center operations in Texas. The role provides after-hours coverage to ensure reliability and rapid response to alarms, with handoffs between shifts.

You will work independently while coordinating with site operations and on-call teams, bringing hands-on skills and a proactive mindset to maintain uptime.

Job description

The Critical Facilities HVAC Technician -is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems supporting continuous mission-critical data center operations. This role provides after-hours technical coverage to ensure system reliability, rapid response to alarms, and seamless handoff between shifts.
The technician works independently while coordinating closely with site operations, Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and on-call support teams.
