ABM is seeking a Critical Facilities HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems in a high-reliability data center.

This on-site role requires hands-on work, safety-conscious operations, and timely response to issues to minimize downtime. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our frontline team members.

• Self-perform preventive maintenance on mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems in a data center environment.
• Respond to corrective maintenance needs to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and work with other facilities staff as needed.
