ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a Critical Facilities HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and mechanical systems that support continuous data center operations.

The role provides after-hours coverage to ensure reliability, rapid alarm response, and smooth shift handoffs. The technician works independently while coordinating with site operations, Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and on-call teams.

Job description

The Critical Facilities HVAC Technician -is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems supporting continuous mission-critical data center operations. This role provides after-hours technical coverage to ensure system reliability, rapid response to alarms, and seamless handoff between shifts.
