Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Critical Environments Manager to lead the operational oversight of mission-critical R&D laboratory facilities in Goleta, CA. Qualifications

• 7–10 years in critical facilities operations, preferably in laboratory, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• In-depth knowledge of critical MEP systems including UPS, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
• Vendor management experience with contracts and on-site performance.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventative and corrective maintenance by equipment vendors on critical lab systems.
• Review and approve Method of Procedures (MOPs) for critical work.
• Manage change control process for planned maintenance and scheduling.
• Oversee contractors and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
