Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Critical Facilities professional to join the Site Operations team in San Antonio, TX. You will maintain and repair data center electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, PDUs, diesel generators, ATS and HVAC, to ensure 100% uptime.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and strong safety focus. Travel is minimal; on-call and after-hours work may be required as part of a fast-paced data

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to read commercial building blueprints and electrical single lines/schematics.
• Knowledge of building monitoring/automation equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and service critical data center systems (UPS, PDU, Diesel Generators, ATS, Building Controls, HVAC).
• Develop reliability reports to ensure availability and 100% uptime targets.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance vendors and ensure safety and power to critical loads.
• Create and update MOPs, SOPs and EOPs for maintenance activities.
• Respond to safety emergencies and maintain a safe work environment.
