Job summary

T5 is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to support data center operations, including critical and non-critical infrastructure. You will work with a team to ensure 100% uptime, monitor power and environmental conditions, and perform preventive maintenance while following safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in mission-critical environments, a high school degree, and some electrical or mechanical licensing.

Qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• 1-3+ years experience in Mission Critical Environments.
• Electrical or mechanical license is preferred.
• Military or technical school training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor power, cooling, and environmental conditions.
• Utilize CMMS to manage planned and unplanned work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Assist with development of operating procedures and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with team for resolution.
• Maintain facility data including rounds and change management.
