Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Nursing Leader to coordinate the development and productivity of a care unit while ensuring high-quality patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations. You will support the Director with operational planning, steer daily work direction, and help drive budgetary objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 3 years in a leadership role, and active California RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 Years In a leadership position.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs unit staff to maintain quality of care and meet organizational objectives.
• Assists with operational planning and budget development to achieve budgetary goals.
• Ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory/accreditation bodies; coordinates program development and evaluation.
• Leads staff performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.
