Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with competence in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Deliver advanced bedside care, including ventilator management and administration/management of complex IV infusions (“drips”).
• Rapidly respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and established clinical standards.
