Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join a teaching hospital environment. You will perform respiratory assessments, develop care plans, administer therapies, and manage ventilators to support acutely ill patients.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, document care accurately, and educate patients and families about respiratory care while precepting students and trainees as appropriate. This role requires strong clinical skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and develop/execute appropriate care plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilators.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide timely, safe interventions.

• Accurately document patient care and follow evidence-based clinical protocols.
