Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Travel ICU RN to provide high-acuity, critical care in ICU settings. You will monitor complex conditions, respond to rapid changes, and support life-sustaining therapies including ventilators and IV drips.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document assessments in the EMR, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure (RN) required.
• Strong ICU/critical care experience and patient monitoring skills.
• Experience with ventilators and IV drips.
• Excellent assessment, prioritization, and rapid-response abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork with clinical teams.
• Accurate EMR documentation and patient/family education skills.
