Job summary

Premier Ambulance seeks experienced Critical Care Transport Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Riverside County team. The CCT RN delivers high-acuity medical care and advanced monitoring during interfacility transports and specialty moves.

Requirements include a current California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS or PEPP, and either 2 years ICU/ER or 2 years CCTRN experience in the past 3 years. Ongoing education and professional growth are supported.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP certifications.
• 2 years ICU/ER or 2 years of CCTRN experience within last 3 years.
• Strong ability to work high-acuity interfacility transports.
• Valid driver’s license and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care during critical care transports.
• Monitor and manage advanced life-support equipment and ventilators.
• Administer medications and IV therapies within protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS personnel, and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and communicate with facilities.
