NORCAL Ambulance, the largest Critical Care Transport provider in Northern California, is seeking CCT-Registered Nurses (CCT-RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across Northern California (Dublin, Concord, Sacramento, Modesto, Sunnyvale). Two years ER/ICU or CCT/Flight experience is preferred, with academy training and advanced airway/ventilator skill development.

Qualified candidates hold a California RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS; additional certifications (CEN/CCRN/CFRN/CTRN) are

Qualifications

• Two years of ER/ICU or prior CCT/Flight experience (RN or EMT-P).
• California RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Preferred: CEN, CCRN, CFRN, CTRN; TNCC, ITLS, TNATC.

Responsabilités

• Manage and provide care to a diverse population of critically ill or injured patients in a mobile environment, one patient at a time.
• Function as a leader and mentor to a team of CCT EMTs.
• Communicate with providers, facilities, patients and families to establish a plan of care based on protocols.
