The role requires advanced telemetry use, EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures; collaborate with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, and OT to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification (within 90 days).
• ACLS certification (within 6 months).
• PRN requires at least 1 year of RN experience and all certifications at hire.
• Preferred: BSN and magnet-recognized professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a Critical Care Step Down Unit with telemetry and bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with care team including PCNAs, Interns, providers, PT, and OT to optimize patient outcomes.
