Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West) in Cleveland, OH. The unit provides high-acuity care for patients including CHF, COPD, DKA and sepsis, with a 24-bed capacity and a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, BiPAP/high flow oxygen, and bedside procedures. Rotating weekends/holidays and two shifts per day are required; competitive benefits are offered including tuition reimbursement and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Current BLS for healthcare providers.
• ACLS certification current or within 6 months of hire.
