MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. This role rotates 7a-7p/7p-7a with weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures while providing high-quality patient care to acute populations. Strong critical thinking and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS certification (or obtained within 90 days).
• ACLS certification (or obtained within 6 months).
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN ICU/critical care experience.
• Required certifications upon hire.

Mansioni

• Perform EKG interpretation and patient monitoring.
• Provide central line care and venous access management.
• Support with rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, trach/vent care.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Demonstrate critical thinking, delegation, and time management.
