Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP certifications required.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience, at least 6 months in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered respiratory therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway interventions such as intubation and extubation.
• Assess patients, verify orders, and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and mentor new staff, students, and peers.
• Support a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and participating in quality improvement.
