Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in acute and critical settings. You will assess patients, manage ventilators, and perform arterial blood gases and diagnostic tests, responding promptly to emergencies and ensuring appropriate interventions.

Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop evidence-based care plans, deliver patient-centered treatment, and educate patients and families on respiratory care needs.

Qualifications

• Current RRT licensure/credentialing required.
• Strong assessment and ventilatory support management skills.
• Ability to respond to respiratory emergencies and perform ABG tests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for care planning.
• Patient education skills to support understanding.
