Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a skilled critical care nurse to join Jersey Shore University Medical Center. A valid New Jersey nursing license is required, with a minimum of 2 years in critical care.

BLS/CPR within 60 days of hire, ACLS/NIHSS certifications, and telemetry certification are required; TNCC is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate rapid learning, accountability, teamwork, and a patient-focused approach to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• A minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience is required.
• ACLS/NIHSS certifications are required.
• Telemetry certification is required.
• TNCC preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
