Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NY RN licensure.
• BSN preferred or related field.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership through a team-based approach.
• Deliver comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care.
• Assess patient needs across all ages, including geriatric development.
• Provide treatment and plan care for patients.
• Offer leadership and guidance for staff within departments.
• Ensure coverage for all shifts to maintain safe staffing levels.
• Promote Kaleida Health within the facility and community.
• Take responsibility for facility functions in the absence of the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.
