Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ICU and/or 5 years ED experience.
• RN license in NJ; BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• CEN or CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive patient care environment by evaluating, planning and implementing care.
• Serve as primary coordinator of disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Make sound decisions in response to changes in condition or treatment.
• Utilize the EHR to document patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status and test results.
