Job summary

Englewood Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for Critical Care Float during FT Nights. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure exceptional patient experiences in an inclusive environment.

Applicants should possess a BSN and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Critical Care or Emergency Department settings. The position demands a calm demeanor to handle patient status changes effectively and requires current NJ RN License, ACLS, and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Critical Care or ED experience.
• Current NJ RN License required.
• Experience in coordinating patient care in acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement effective plans of care.
