Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The role is full-time with night shifts and day rotations in a high-acuity environment.

The successful candidate will provide expert critical care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families. BSN is required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years); 1 year acute care experience; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
