Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MICU at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. This full-time flex role (36 hrs/week) includes night shift rotations and opportunities to work with advanced technology within a collaborative team focused on patient advocacy.

Qualifications

BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
