Allegheny Health Network's MICU at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced RN to provide critical care for adults. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC, CPR certification, and compliance with clearance requirements. Union environment; full-time, 72 hours per two weeks with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33 and Act 73 clearances required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates clinical assessment and care planning.
• Provides safe and effective ICU care per regulatory requirements.
• Directs and manages patient care delivery by the team.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge.
• Teaches patient and family based on age, culture and learning willingness.
