Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the E7 MICU West Penn Hospital. You will monitor and support ventilated patients, manage critical care cases, and participate in the Rapid Response team training pathway.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state via eNLC.
• Critical Care/ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in professional practice within MICU.
• Supervise and mentor team; delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff competency.
• Ensure safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient care and health services.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and quality improvement.
