Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated critical care nurse to join the MICU team. You will deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults, monitor complex equipment, and support physicians and the multidisciplinary staff.

The position offers day shift options, 24 scheduled hours per week, opportunities for credentialing through in-hospital education, and a clinical ladder with bonuses. Must hold MO RN license; BLS within 90 days; ACLS within one year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Missouri RN license
• BLS certification within 90 days
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor and adjust monitoring equipment and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
