Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO seeks an experienced RN for the Medical ICU South. You will deliver direct, individualized critical care, monitor and manage equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Requires MO RN license, ACLS/BLS within specified timelines, and a passion for critical care excellence. Growth opportunities include in-hospital credentialing and a clinical ladder with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license active in Missouri
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients in a high-tech ICU environment.
• Monitor patients, operate/adjust ventilators and invasive monitoring equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in credentialing classes and clinical ladder programs.
