Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a dedicated unit, coordinating with physicians and other staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires an RN license and an associate degree or nursing diploma, with a BSN in progress often expected within five years; candidates with six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN in progress and/or willingness to complete within three (3) years of hire (for team members hired after 11/2019).
• Six (6) months or more of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, demonstrate accountability, value teamwork, pursue ongoing education, and deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and delegates care to other caregivers, validates and evaluates outcomes.
