Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team in our New Jersey facilities. You will contribute to achieving positive patient outcomes and support care coordination across clinicians and services.

Qualified candidates hold at least an associate degree in nursing or a nursing diploma, with BSN in progress preferred. Valid NJ RN license and BLS certification are required, along with commitment to ongoing

Qualifications

Must have at least an Associate degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing.
BSN in progress and/or willingness to pursue within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Coordinate patient care activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
