Mercy is seeking an RN to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes accountability, privacy, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards while coordinating care across departments.

The successful candidate will hold an active RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and meet unit-specific certification requirements such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or TNCC as applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS required; other certifications may be required per unit (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
