MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital is seeking a Staff RN to join the ICU/PCU team in Tacoma, WA. This 0.9 FTE, night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

You’ll organize and deliver nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and support professional development in a hospital focused on ownership, open communication, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred; Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility/department.
• Certification in specialty area is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost effectiveness.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
