Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (or completed within 5 years).
• Current RN license in WA or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by department.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
