Job summary

GSH 4ICU in Lexington, Kentucky, seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide total, comprehensive and patient-centered care for critically ill patients, including sepsis, CHF, GI bleed, COPD and organ failures. The unit provides cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation and related supports.

The RN will assess, document, plan, implement, teach and evaluate a comprehensive nursing plan of care; deliver direct patient care; train and delegate duties to Nursing Care

Qualifications

• Assessing, documenting, planning, implementing, teaching, developing and evaluating a comprehensive nursing plan of care.
• Delivering direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Training and delegating duties for Nursing Care Technicians and nursing staff.
