Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Corona, CA. This role supports a high-acuity unit with responsibilities spanning rapid assessment, life-support management, and close collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualified candidates will have an ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred. We offer diverse shift options and comprehensive benefits in a hospital setting."

Qualificações

• RN license is active and unencumbered.
• 1+ years of ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function well under stress and in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with the care team.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
