Job summary

Incredible Health is actively seeking an RN for Critical Care in Sonora, CA. Multiple shifts (day, night, mid) with full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. You will assess critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with the care team to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in California.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and communicate clearly.
• Experience with life-support equipment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.
