Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring an RN - Critical Care for the Indio, CA area. The role requires ICU experience and proficiency with advanced medical equipment to care for critically ill patients.

Shifts available include day, night, and mid, with options for full-time, part-time, and per diem. Benefits include healthcare coverage, a 401K plan, paid time off, and tuition assistance. You will assess, monitor, and treat high-acuity patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress and manage high-acuity cases.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures; strong critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill, unstable, and life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
