Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license (WI or compact eligible; Trauma Nursing Core Course).
• BLS required (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• ACLS, PALS or NRP preferred based on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity patients (drips, chest tubes, central lines).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage frequent admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes.
