Incredible Health in Vallejo, CA is hiring an RN - Critical Care to join hospitals in our network. You will rapidly assess patients, monitor vitals, operate complex life-support systems, and participate in rapid response, while collaborating with physicians to craft care plans.

The role requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS is preferred. Shift options include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient conditions rapidly and intervene appropriately.
• Monitor critically ill patients and unstable conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitors.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
