Job summary

The role requires active RN licensure in Pennsylvania, a BSN, and completion of the Nurse Residency or equivalent experience. On-call duties are part of the schedule, with rotating nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in PA is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Nurse Residency Program or more than 15 months of practice.
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as per nursing process and AA standards.
• On-call responsibilities including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with interprofessional health care team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health practices and treatment options.
