Qualifications

• RN Clinician requires BSN with 12 months of nursing experience in past five years OR ADN with minimum 2 years of experience
• Licensure: valid RN license in Georgia with BLS; ACLS may be required for some departments
• If multi-state practice, active compact license within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Develop and implement patient care plans with patient/family input
• Delegate using the Synergy Model of Care and lead as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and mentor staff when assigned
• Support professional development and quality improvement activities
