Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN with 12 months of nursing experience or ADN with 2 years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Georgia and BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• WOC certification required within 12 months for wound care areas where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, independent nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans with family involvement.
• Document care accurately in electronic records and coordinate with the team.
