Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system to hire Registered Nurses for high-acuity ICU/Step-Down Units in Wisconsin. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, delivering patient-centered care and advanced cardiac- or critical-care pathways.

Open to new grads and experienced nurses; 3+ years RN experience preferred for experienced candidates. Benefits include strong leadership and structured workflows as the unit expands into a cardiac-focused

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• BLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days).
• ACLS, PALS or NRP preferred depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity patients (drips, chest tubes, central lines).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage frequent admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Deliver patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and outcomes.
